Size Adjustments

• This crochet hat pattern can be made for basically any size. Start by measuring the strings against your head or the recipients’ head and quantify the strings accordingly.
• Work on as many rows as you want at the desired size. This is where you can make a more or less slouchy beanie.
• You can also choose to use a different mm hook size or thread thickness. If so, start by measuring head circumference against the strands before you begin.

row 1: Sc on the second ch from the hook and at each ch across, turn around (= 76).

Class 2: Ch 2 (calculated as the first DC), DC in each intersecting street, turn (=76).

Row 3: Ch 1 (counted as 1st sc), sc in each st across, turn (= 76).

Row 4-25: Repeat Rows 2 and 3 for every other row.

Or continue until you reach the desired hat height.
